Business days exclude Saturdays and Sundays. This is the amount of time it takes for us to
schedule the pick up to leave our warehouse and deliver it to you. Packaging may require extra time to prepare
- Once it leaves our warehouse, you
will receive an email with tracking information and an estimated delivery
time. Please note transit times varies
due to many factors and is not guaranteed.
- The average time frame for this
shipping is an estimated range based on your location and other contributing
factors but typically 10-15 days from the time it leaves our warehouse.
We ship to most provinces in Canada with
exception of the Canadian Territories of NWT, Yukon and Nunavut and some
rural postal codes - view list of exceptions here.
- To facilitate
a timely delivery please provide accurate contact info and address
information that we relay to the freight company.
- Tracking of
your shipment will be provided to you by Kayak Distribution.
